Ok so it started yesterday, I had to go to the bathroom real bad so I did. I went to the bathroom 7 times yesterday, my stool was of normal solid consistancy. I had very slight pains that were on and off and it wasnt all that noticable. Last night I went to bed and woke up with on and off pains again that were even worse, and now the pain is more constant. I am nausiated and have no appitite whatsoever. I dont feel severe fatigue but I do feel a tad bit tired. I had chinese food the day or two before all this happened. I ate 2 eggrolls, garden style vegetable mix and beef refried rice. I havent had a bowel movement since yesterday but like I said I went like 7 times or more. There is no diarrhea thus far. I have heartburn right now. My grandma and dad were sick with something similar so I think I caught ot from them. But I also think there is a possibility of food poisioning??? The pain was really bad, especially when I woke up about thirty minutes ago. But I took some azithromycine tablets that my dad had about 3 hours ago and I feel slightly better, not as much pain but still sort of there. What could this be?? Stomach flu or food poisioning?

	Hi.
I’m familiar with planting perennials like petunias & marigolds & zinnias, but now I want to “create” a rough oval-shaped flower garden in my front yard.
We had a large tree removed & the stump ground down. So, the area is a bit uneven & it’s about 10 ft X 8 ft.
I want something simple, but unique. Something hardy & full of color.
One consideration is to place a bird feeder/bath in the middle & design around that.
I love the idea of mixing different flowers/small bushes throughout & always having something growing from Spring to Fall.
Is it about as simple as just going to Home Depot or Lowe’s & browsing?
If it helps, the area will get a lot of direct sunlight during the hottest part of the day.
Thanks!

These interlocking Montessori-style Sustainable Environment K-12 Education Lessons, plus 3 interviews with globally influential holistic health, hydrogen engineering, and solar cooker pioneers, are designed to save lives and to save the environment of our planet. The scope of the lessons covers our common basic human needs for organic food, clean water, renewable energy, and affordable solar adobe housing, all produced on an individual household scale. They emphasize simple, inexpensive, low-tech, and labor intensive, and completely hands-on solutions to increasingly serious global problems, while emphasizing the hopeful and joyful education of children. The lessons help build holistic health, character development, interdependent cooperation, higher order systems thinking, and a sense of global responsibility. These lessons may appear deceptively simple, but all used together as a whole, they show how to save lives on our planet, by doing more with less while always using Nature as a model. Amazingly, these lessons are entirely student planned, built, filmed and edited. They are not slick or professional, but they are full of love and sincerity. Songs and charts are used to sum up principles. Level One contains lessons on organic gardening, composting, harvesting, seed collection, simple medicinal herbs, small animal husbandry, natural water purification, solar water purification, and solar cooking. Level Two contains lessons on greenhouse construction, household scale …
